unconfirmed paypal address?

Hi Gang!

In the last 3 weeks or so I had a couple customers complaining that they cannot checkout due to an error stating that the address they have entered via pay pal (their home address) is not a "confirmed" address and asking them to return to pay pal and try again.
The error is not consistent. Most of the orders are going through, but I start getting this more often. Here's an example of the paypal generated log in the payment module (with sensitive info masked out):

Thanks so much for the tip! In my Paypal Express Checkout payment module (paypalwpp) I found this setting:

Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address
Do you want to require that your customers use a *confirmed* address when choosing their shipping address in PayPal?

I had it set to Yes.

Also for some reason I discovered that I have a Paypal IPN module (paypal) active beside the PayPal Express. Is that normal to have both active (PayPal Express Checkout & Paypal IPN)?

Hmmm, I thought that only one of the paypalxxx payment modules would allow itself to be loaded at a time. Do you have any idea which payment module was installed first?

Not sure which one was installed first. But the store has been working like this for years with no issues. Double checked and the only active modules I have currently are:

-PayPal IPN (Basic PayPal service)
-PayPal Express Checkout (v0.1b)

OMG, I just looked at this post's title ... are you really still running Zen Cart v1.3.7.1? Has your host recently updated the version of PHP or MySQL that your site's running?

yep - still runs fine. I have a ton of custom mods done on it so to update would inquire a lot of work. I know it has to happen one day though.
