Ez-page in theme is not posting or showing any pages?

Hello, I have tried to post a few times and it seems that my posts are not getting into zen forums? I will try again with as much info as I can.
We used a FREE theme from here http://www.12leaves.com/puregreen-fr...-template.html
We used the forum here to fix our https so zen will kinds auto use https when it thinks it needs to and it works.
But, when we tried to add a ez-page it will create a new page but not post to the page in the site.
If we make a ezpage on the default theme it works?
Any ideas would help! Thanks

The page we tried to add is Free Recipes and it showed up in the ez-page tab but no other page is there in admin. You can only see the page you make and not the other pages...??????
We see new products, specials, my account, view cart but not the new page free recipes?????

generally ez pages won't display unless their sort order is greater than zero
Does your have a "sort order"?

This page may have more guidance on properly setting up ez-pages, if you haven't looked at it yet...

salt order has been changed a few tims to test........still did not post.....I will check others.
Header - not posting
Side box - posted (working)
Footer - posted (working)
Sort order did not change the not posting to header #20 - #50 - #100 - #128 I did all these numbers and did not post header still.

I haven't looked at this particular template, but if I understand correctly, ezpages works everywhere except the header. Some templates are designed to work that way: (or perhaps not designed to allow that to work.)

Oh, I did not think of that....But no other pages are showing in ez-page either but they are working. I thought is was a issue with some config on our side. We changed to a new hosting co. and they have had some issue keeping up with the hits we get at our recipe site now that we have google app's...Email and such after the new ssl was issued we had some issue with the new install of zen...The forum was great in helping out with the ssl issue. We try to read first and ask only when needed. I see my posts all posted at the same time ...Sorry for the same post 3 times. We did not see it up date and it was slow to show in our profileat zen...
I wounder if this theme is turned off for the header and not able to show any other header pages in ez-page??????
