    Default Image directory

    Hello,

I am using two suppliers and they have some items that have the same file name but are different products. Is it possible to create a sub directory under the 'images' directory and put one of the suppliers images in that sub directory and then in the datafile to upload instead of just showing the file name in the image column, enter it as 'sub-directory/imagename.jpg'?

    Thanks
    Jim

Yes, it is no problem to create sub directories within your main images directory.

    Thanks,

    Thanks Anne,
I thought it might be possible but I haven't used zencart in quite awhile. The only thing I would need to do in my spreadsheet before I upload would be to enter the extra suppliers image path as 'sub-directory/imagefilename.jpg' instead of just entering in the image file name alone, is that correct?

    Thanks

You need have to pull images from csv then handle with your subfolders. You can use suppliers to do sub folders.
