Temporarily hide Standard Post & Special Delivery shipping options

Hi there, my store has a custom shipping module where the customer can select to have their purchase (a gift voucher) delivered by email rather than posted.

When I am on holiday I want to be able to temporarily hide the Standard Post & Special Delivery options, so only the Email shipping option is available. Then when I return I will unhide it so people can choose from these again. In the Shipping Module admin section there is a button for "Remove", but I don't want to permanently delete these options, only hide them for a week or so, so I am reluctant to select Remove. Is there a way to do this easily?

I searched the forum first and found some threads related to hiding shipping in total, but not specific shipping options.

If you know about CSS, you can do it easily.

Kamokid, you can change the shipping module status to 'false'to temporarily disable the module without losing the stored values.
Admin-> Modules-> Shipping-> Select Shipping Module -> Edit-> Change 'Enable 'YOUR_SHIPPING_MODULE_NAME' - True' to False.
