Default Upgrade 1.3.7 to 1.3.9 without new installation.

I need to upgrade from 1.3.7 to 1.3.9 but I prefer don't do a new installation and then make a migration of data.

I've made a complete backup and cloned the entire site on a domain for test.

    So I need to upgrade.

I know how to upgrade the database, I copy the zc-install folder via ftp on the test server, I launch the upgrade of the DB. And Now I have the Database upgraded.

    My question is:
How to upgrade all the files without loose the photos etc etc?

Just saw the Udine. I remember well the earthquake of 75-76. Was stationed at Aviano at the time.

Thanks now I go to read the article. :)

I lived 28 years in Majano near Gemona del Friuli (the little town completely destroyed by the earthquake). Now I live in City of Udine. But the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia now is very different from the seventies. In eighties after the earthquake we saw an incredible economic development.
