Cannot log into the admin page, or reset the password... any help?

As the title says, when I try to log into the admin page of my site it will not let me. Is there a folder that I can check to make sure the user and pass are set correctly. I'm using 1.5.1 and easyPhp. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
