Admin activity log - only shows todays log

Checked my admin activtly log today after running 1.5.1 for about a month.

When i did a display on screen view it showed only the activity for today? Is this right??

Says i need to keep for a year for PCI... so where is the rest of the data??

"Right" or "wrong" it is how the data is presented when shown on screen. If you want all that has been stored in the mySQL database, then export it as a file or view it in the database. (Former is much easier to understand.)

On this note yes will need to maintain for a year, but you will be notified after a period of time or a maximum number of entries (whichever comes first) to backup the data and delete it from the server (saving storage space). It is this backup that would need to be maintained. (In addition to live data still be collected.
