I'm really hoping someone can help me avoid a complete reinstall ...
For reasons that aren't important now, I requested a password reset on my admin account. The problem was, I never received the email with the new password. I suspect there may be some problem with outgoing email. Either way, I'm now in the odd pickle where the password has been reset but I have no way of knowing what it is.
I tried looking in the /cache directory for any error logs but nothing in there has been updated recently. Not sure where else to look. Any suggestions?
I figure if I can troubleshoot the outbound email issue and fix that, then I can just reset the password again and I'll be gold. But I'm open to any avenue at this point.
