HELP Add H1 Tags to Shopping Cart and Account Pages

I'd like to add <h1></h1> tags to the NAVBAR_TITLE in several locations on our new site. For example, here:

http://www.silkblooms.co.uk/shopping-cart

"The Shopping Cart" should be wrapped in <h1></h1> tags so that it adopts the correct styling.

Unfortunately, it's not being generated from /includes/templates/CUSTOM/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php. It seems to be in the /includes/modules/pages/shopping_cart/header_php.php

Can anyone help me out here? I have a few of the account and checkout pages where we need to add <h1> tags.

Never mind, I've figured this out... DUUUHH It was in tpl_shopping_cart_default.php afterall
