edit my memu bar

Since my ISP only support and I need build a chinese site, so I use my ISP benefit to zen cart site and install trad-Chinese language pack, and here is my question,
1) "Home Pages" became "Home_Pages" in chinese version, and how can edit this word to chines, because It will auto show up once I create other title in menu bar,

2) I only want chinese in these site, how can I remove all flag , thank you

The files you are looking to change are in your includes/languages/ folder, you'll need to duplicate the files in /english into a new folder /chinese and add the translated titles.
