Change Previous/Next Menu slightly

My previous/next menu looks like this: [<< Prev] 1 2 3 4 5 ... [Next >>] . when you go to page 5, the menu stays the same it does not show the new set of pages until you click the ...

This is fine except for my client does not like the layout. Is it possible to change the "..." to the word "...more". I did not see a setting in the control panel, nor did I see how to change this in the: templates> templates_default> templates> tpl_products_next_previous.php

Any suggestions?

I would have never found that file location. Just in selecting the language files and searching for ... in developers toolkit brought up many of results which I checked twice. I didn't even attempt to look directly in PHP files (outside of default template folder) because I felt the list would have been way too long.
