Server move, domain change, no more admin login?

We moved our 1.3.9a installation to new hosting today (and also a new domain name). I modified the config files for both the front end and admin side to reflect the new values (domain and server paths). On the front end, everything seems fine, but when I try to login on the admin side, I get a blank page. Maybe I'm missing a file? Or is there a configuration item that I may have missed?

Where should I be looking?

First place to look would be the cache folder. See if there is a debug file that tells you what the error is. Double check that the config files got loaded to the correct place and that it really overwrote the ones that were there. Sometimes the file permissions will stop it from saving the changed file.
