Default Unable to allocate memory for pool

I'm seeing lots of MyDEBUG files with this error all over the place. What does it mean? 1.3.9 installation.

    Thanks

I'd begin by looking at your .htaccess file.

Your web hosting server administrator MUST set the AllowOverride directive in the server's apache configuration (the server's master httpd.conf file) to "All" or at least ensure it includes these parameters: 'Limit Indexes'.

    Hope that helps,

Thanks for the suggestion -- there was no .htaccess file in the site we were moving from, although there was a php.ini file that I moved over. Are there certain settings that I need in either file?

You can minimize the number of errors logged in php.ini by enabling the E_ERROR directive and disabling the display_errors directive. The rest is above my head...
