USPS Shipping Module Not Returning Rates

Just got a message from a customer that the rates for shipping are not loading.... They get this message
Shipping Method:
This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
United States Postal Service
An error occurred in obtaining USPS shipping quotes.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.


Any ideas about what is going on?

What version of USPS shipping module are you running?

Have you tested this yourself?

What is the Ship From address?

What is the Ship To Address?

What is the weight being tested?

What shipping methods do you have enabled?

Yes thank you, we have the new module. it was an intermittent issue, we just happened to find it when it was not working. Everything is working fine now. Thank you.
