I installed the Fast & Easy Checkout module as well as the CSS/JS loader, which said it was required.
It's seems to be working, but the currency dropdown menu is missing.
I had to copy stuff over from my old html_header file for CSS/JS loader. However the code of the currency dropdown bar appears to be in tpl_header.
