Missing second column in admin/customers/orders

I have recently updated to zen cart 1.5.1 and added Fast and Easy Checkout. the second column in the admin/customers/orders is missing, so I have no where to delete an order. Also, it only shows my last 200 orders. I'm not sure if FEC is to blame, it seems to be working right on the website.

That is not caused by Fast & Easy Checkout, but is a change in zencart files themselves, you can click on the order and then click the Delete button on the right. or you would need to add that button back or have a developer do that. But keep in mind the form that is in also has changed the $_GET/$_POST so that could cause issue if you just tried to copy from the older ZC version.

Does anybody have any ideas of how to fix this? I have checked my database and all my orders are there but the admin/customers/orders page only is showing the last 200 orders. Also there is no delete button after opening a specific order. So without the second column info box being there, I have no way of deleting an order.
