Problem with duplicate orders

Hi ZC user, I have very strange situation.

Whan user make order, in admin panel I get duplicate orders. In user panel is also duplicate order.

I get on email order confirmation only one, not duplicate. User get order confirmation only one, not duplicate.

How to fix that ZC not generate duplicate ordesr? Please see picture.

the product is solid not download, or virtual. In order is show Order download Status. I dont have noting to download, former product is to was download.

A bit more information is needed to help you...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

What modules or addons have you installed? Did the duplicate orders happen after a specific installation or have they always been an issue?

Perhaps something was installed incorrectly...

No, before I not had this problem. I have installed the plugin, but I've never had this problem, it started recently, I did not do anything, or installed plug in to causes this problem.

Sometimes I get order normalu, byt sometimes I get duble order!

It sounds like a perfect time to upgrade your site to the most current version. Then you can see if that 'fixes' the issue, I have a feeling it might ;)

What plugins do you have? And which ones do you think will stop you from upgrading?

Uf... I have a lot plug in. I wont byt if I upgade many files where I copy plug inc-code are going to be overwrite, end my shop than crash !

Can user by element becopuse I get duplicate orders, whan he order ?
