customers registered but do not show the telephone number

Hello!

I can not see the telephone number of customers first registration in the background.
I informed the customer needs to repopulate telephone number,the customer logged into repopulate and edit the saved telephone number.So I can see in the background the telephone number.

How do I deal with it? After customers registered telephone number will be displayed in the background.

Do you have a link to your site we can test it out with? It sound like the phone number input field is missing on the account creation page.

What do you mean with 'in the background' ?

Which template are you using?

In your Admin > Configuration > Customer Details is Telephone Number set to 'True' ?

In Admin > Configuration > Miniumum Values do you have a min value set for the Telephone Number ?

Are there any other mods installed?
