PayPal Instant Payment Notifications https/ why ?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://my site /ipn_main_handler.php


But we don't have SSL so why is try connect with https ? ??? where can check this ?

Now we no have Notifications in the orders ... what is the problem

It's looking for https, either because it's in your configuration files as use SSL or they want to communicate on the SSL channel for security.
