Per Item - Gives Blank Page

Can some one upload there original item.php file of language that has no EDIT to see if that helps me fix my blank page problem

\includes\languages\english\modules\shipping\item.php

I wanted to change the file at top.
But after I did, the button "Continue To Checkout" gives me a blank page now when I press it.
I remove the changes I did to the file and reupload it but now it seems that the file doesn't work at all.

If I disable the module PER ITEM than I get no blank page.

But another way to leave the MODULE ON and not get the BLANK PAGE is if:
I remove the file item.php from the language file I do not get the blank page:
Just in process to the next page (WHICH IS STEP 2) I get this for the "Your Total"
MODULE_SHIPPING_ITEM_TEXT_TITLE (MODULE_SHIPPING_ITEM_TEXT_WAY)

I just wanted to change

define('MODULE_SHIPPING_ITEM_TEXT_WAY', 'Best Way');

to this

define('MODULE_SHIPPING_ITEM_TEXT_WAY', 'Best Way - All items are already totaled in price shown ->');

This is the CURRENT item.php file I have in the server which seems not to work. I am not sure if there is a code error or something so can someone help me?

Did you look at this FAQ?

Did you check your logs or cache folder?

The answer is in one or both of the above.
