No descriptions under poiducts clicked

Hello all
I just had a knew template installed onto my site
the template is responsive Sheffield blue.

It all looks good but when I click a product and it opens on a knew page the product has no descriptions or anything, it is just a blank page,

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Sounds like it wasn't merged properly with your site, what happens when you change the site back to the Classic Green Template ?

If you haven't already, there are a. Few patches throughout the responsive sheffield blue forum thread to correct some known issues. One of which is what you are describing. If I remember correctly look around the time frame of Oct 2013 I think it's around the 13th. There's also one or more css patches, an about_us patch, also the header file, and then the contact_us mega_menu doesn't include what some call the fly-trap to prevent/minimize bots from sending emails.

There's a lot of good discussions and assistance there. Please though, read through the forum for the corrections before posting an equivalent question. In cases like that, the answer is likely to be it's posted in here earlier.

As a side note, after looking through a thread that is directly related to a ZC plugin, it is generally easier to get the authors attention through the original thread. If something is identified as not related, then it should be moved to another/new thread. Good luck.
