You should always use a file comparison program to compare the old files to the new ones.

If the new template was working, find the original product_info file and replace the broken one, unless it had other problems right out of the box?

I've tried re-uploading the file itself, is that what you're meaning? I then replaced the product_info file on the template with the default code and it had no effect. I also ran the template's tpl_product_info_display file and the tpl_ file from another template through a file comparison program, but of course there were some differences based on layout? This is a little above my usual coding prowess I'm afraid.

Well we could talk for days on the forum and keep guessing without seeing the actual code, or you could PM or email access to that Twitch guy that keeps fixing things around here ;)

Sometimes a little hands on help from a 'pro'grammer/'pro'fessor will help you learn there's nothing to be afraid of :)

Having access to the files made all the difference... tpl_product_info_display.php was a mess!

Now showing:
- Product Description
- Social Media Bar
- Price
- Add to Cart Button

The Fix:
I took a stock product_info file and merged very carefully the good code from the raindrop template. The rest was left in a backup file ending with .phptwi

Be sure to download your own new copy of:
includes/templates/raindrop/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php
and
includes/templates/raindrop/css/stylesheet.css

Let me know if there's anything else you would like corrected on your product_info page.

Just a note that this theme is no longer for sale.
Ive purchased it and have converted it to use with 1.39h. But I would at times like to refer back to the live demo version to compare. Shame they pulled it down. Perhaps it was bought out on the option I see sometimes to have ownership of a theme and halt future sales of it.

Indeed it has been pulled. Native support for the template from the designer was pretty non-existant though, I never would have gotten it working right if it weren't for Twitch's help.

Hi,

I am also having issue with the Raindrop Theme and have had no response to any of my support emails and guess I never will now that it has been pulled.

I basically cannot get my additional product images to display or work out how to link the social media icons within the footer.

Any takers?
