    Default Attribute pricing...

    Hi,
I have a particular section where I would like the items to be priced by the attributes. I have followed the instructions on other posts however they products do not appear in my site unless I actually put a price in and then it adds that price and the attribute price together.
I have gone to the attributes and removed the + prefix next to where I input the attribute price and left it blank and still nothing appears.
I have also checked I set in the product info that it needs to have the 'Product Priced by Attributes: Yes No' to Yes. I have also tried adjusting the 2nd colour box to the right on the attributes to see if that would work and nothing.

Is there something else I need to change?

    Thank you
    Amy

If the product is Priced By Attributes, the product price entered should be 0.00.

    Hi Amy,

Your attributes flags should be something like this:
Used for display purposes only no
attribute is free when product is free yes
default attribute to be marked selected yes
apply discounts used by product special/sale yes
include in base price when priced by attributes no
    attribute required for text no

The + prefix should be left intact.

    Hope that helps,

When you look at the list view of the product pages (before you click to go in and edit them). It is displaying the prices correctly, like this...

Charms 64.00 / 0 0 Status - Enabled 1 Edit Delete Move Copy toAttribute FeaturesProducts etc

They just are not showing up on the site.

Can you post a link to the product you're referring to?

    Are your attribute features defined/highlighted?

    Hi,
For these two suggestions you just wrote...
Your attributes flags should be something like this AND The + prefix should be left intact
Do I do that for each attribute in the product or just the first top one?

I have tried it and it still does not appear in the product page.

the only way I have managed to get the product to appear is when I tested putting an actual price into where you would put a price when you create the product. I have then deleted that and made sure that it says 0.00

Here is the link to the page it is to appear on

    Thanks for the link :)

First step - you add a product (custom printed charms) with all the details added in the new product area.
Second step - Then you must go into your attribute controller and add more information.

    For each attribute:
Option name has to be selected (attribute One)
and given an option value (Laser cut)
Make certain all the flags are selected appropriately and insert.
    Repeat for all other attributes.

    Hi,
I have changed everything to what you have said and here is a screen shot. I have added back in the + next to the atribute prices as you mentioned.
    Still nothing, did I miss something?Name: Untitled-5.jpg
