Language pack with custom template problem.

Ok, I install a language pack with the DEFAULT zen cart template and it works fine.

I install a custom template and the language pack does NOT work now.

What am I doing wrong?

What language pack? What exactly do you mean when you say it doesn't work?

Greek language pack with sheffield blue responsive template.

As soon as i install the sheffield template the greek language doesnt work anymore.

When the Greek language pack installed, did it create the /includes/languages/greek directory/folder? Have you made any customizations to the language files provided by the plugin?

Would you clarify what "the greek language doesnt work anymore" means? The language doesn't display at all? When you try to change to the language you receive a whitescreen? Some of the language constants display as the constant name (e.g. TEXT_MORE_INFO) instead of the language string?

Yes it created the /includes/languages/greek folder.

No I have not made any customization to the language files provided by the plugin.

When I click the greek flag in the shefffield template the browser window is completely blank.

Please keep in mind the greek language works PERFECTLY with the DEFAULT zen cart template.

Furthermore, I can go into the admin and switch it back to the "classic contemporary green" DEFAULT template and the Greek language works PERFECTLY but when i switch it to the sheffield template the greek doesnt work (browser window become completely blank)

Any error log files in your /logs folder ?
