Newfoundland not being charged tax on Paypal orders

Hi all,

I've got a problem with Newfoundland not being charged taxes on Canadian Paypal orders.

Paypal and our Zen Cart database both use the code 'NL' for Newfoundland and Labrador,
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/cl...ProvinceCodes/ and the orders are correctly being charged tax when any other from of payment is used. It's just Paypal that has the issue.



Any idea what the error could be?

Do you have NL added to a Canada Tax Zone? Due to the growing tax rate changes between provinces we needed to separate each province... when one was missed from the parent definition taxes were not calculated.

Yes, I've got NL set up in the correct Tax Zone, as taxes are correctly being charged on non-Paypal orders.
