Changed order of subtotal, coupon code, shipping -- now no 1st class shipping

Help! I wanted to change the order on the check out page, so that coupons and discounts were subtracted before the shipping charge was added. As per another thread, I changed the sort order in Order Total Modules, which worked. But now my USPS shipping is messed up...customers should be able to select first class shipping when package is less than 1 lb (and first class shipping is enabled in the USPS module), but only priority mail is being offered as an option.

Got it figured out, evidently there was a USPS rate change last week which I was unaware of. Now have the update installed and my sort order is the way I want it (the two issues were separate problems)

Thanks for the update that installing the current USPS March 7, 2014 version K3 was able to correct this problem ...
