    Default customer emails

    i, the store owner, am receiving the customer confirmation email, my customers are not receiving any email for their order. What do you need to see in order to help with this problem? Payment method is check/money order. Again, for those that can see my site,

    Check in your admin -> Configuration -> E-Mail Options:
    Send E-Mails is set for 'true'

    Thank you. Send emails is set to true. Haven't done anything to correct it. When I put in a test order it only in, it only goes to the shop owner, I never get it. 2 different email addresses, she gets it but i don't. I assume that you got all the info to pay it as well and to who. Do you want me to delete the account?

    The email system likes things done a specific way. Sometimes the address should be [email protected], other places it can be Name<[email protected]>. For two (or more) email addresses, it needs to be separated by a comma.

    I have found that a gmail or hotmail account can cause non-responses so be aware of the email address you choose unless you both are using rocketmail.com...

    Do what you need to do to the test account I made it clear I was "Testing email delivery... not a real order."

    I hope that provides some sort of direction...
