View customer's shopping carts

Is there a way to see what each customer (not guest) currently has in their shopping carts? I can't find anything, so if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm wanting to see what they have so after X days have passed, I could email them to see why they haven't checked out and possibly provide a discount in order to keep a customer from getting away.

I have not tried this, but you might look at Recover Cart Sales in the addon plugins:
