I need PayPoint and SecPay

I've been running stores on Zen carts for a long time now and want to update the look of my store, add some slick and cool features and make it more up to date and also eliminate some little annoyances.

I was looking into moving over to Opencart as it has a very modern sleek appearance just with the basic template it comes with.

But should I consider sticking with Zen Cart and upgrade to 1.5 instead? Has anyone used both and can compare pros and cons?

One thing I am uncertain about is whether Zen 1.5 has a compatible payment module. I am using Paypoint here in the UK and using a Secpay module currently but I have yet to see any definite info if it will work if I upgrade.

I've used both (and several others).

All have their pros and cons, all have their own shortcomings and limitations. None have been good enough to sway me away from ZenCart as being my cart of choice.

My best advice would be to try the other(s) for a while until you find the things that it/they can't do. If you don't eventually come back to ZenCart it will probably be because ZenCart is too much of an overkill for your needs in the 1st place. ;-)

ps. This is a zencart forum, do you really think anyone here is going to say the other cart(s) are better?
