Multiple music genres links

I recently installed v1.5.1 with sample data. The one Music category entry was linked to 2 music genres. I'm starting to add my own products in the Music category and disabled the sample entry. Now the sample entry is only linked to 1 music genre. I can't figure out how the sample was initially linked to 2 genres. I searched the forum and could only come up with suggestions to create sub-categories and link those.

Any help on how the latest versions handle the multiple music genre linking?

In the demo data, there is one Product for the Genre Jazz:
Sample of Product Music Type products_id 169

and one Product for the Genre Rock:
Russ Tippins Band - The Hunter products_id 166

each of these Products only have 1 Genre each ...

Here's some direction on multiple product linking:

In admin, go to Catalog -> Categories/Products -> select your (top) category -> select your (sub) category -> before you select your product...
Click the blue C or copy button, this is where you can link or move this product.
There will be a side menu on the right...

Select where to link this product from the categories drop down menu, click on it, select link as your copy method and press the copy button.
When this is successful there is a yellow linked product box beside the green active status icon

If you need to edit the linked location, click the blue C, then click the multiple categories link manager at the bottom of the side menu.
The master category is marked with a yellow box, the linked category is check marked.
Make your adjustments and then update category links.

Thanks Trinity14. I had a zen store for nearly 5 years and had several thousand priducts. Creating enough categories and sub-categories for that many products was a big task. I don't expect to have nearly the number of products, so using cats and sub-cats may not be so daunting.
