    Default How to reconfirm a customers order?

    A customer paid on PayPal, but didn't return back to the checkout to confirm the order. This is the first time in 10k orders that this has happened.

    Is there a way to reconfirm the order manually so it appears in the orders list?

    In other words, the money is in the kitty (PayPal) but nothing shows up in the admin? Am I right?

    Did you get a confirmation email or how did you know that an order had been paid for?

    Yep money came through to PayPal, nothing on the order page about it, neither any emails sent to customer or staff.

    Noticed the payment email from PayPal, but didn't have an order email to go with it.

    I can however see the customer on the customer page, and also looking through the database, I can see their shopping cart with the the item purchased in there.

    Are you using "Paypal Express" as your payment module? Or one of the IPN based methods?

    Where are the Zen Cart Debug Logs? Where are the HTTP 500 / Server Error Logs?
