Two identical entries (except for the order number) purchased at the same time - not possible! it's not two vouchers on one order but two separate orders!

I see two identical orders, except for the number. Both containing one paid voucher.
Deleting the order doesn't remove the voucher, does it.....

MoneybookersEWallet (nowadays Skrill). It started happening last month (once) and now a month later once again. There where 7 payments in between - all with EWallet and no problems.
The only duplicate orders occur when an order is paid.
Have you posted on the support thread about these duplicates?

Do you have debug logs in your /cache (for older versions of Zen Cart) /logs (for newer versions of Zen Cart) that might be related to anything to do with MoneyBrokers?
I am trying to avoid just randomly deleting away at records until a cause for them is found in the first place ...
When you say you have identical orders for 261 and 262, I am assuming that you mean exact same customer, exact same product(s) ordered, exact same amounts where the only problem is, only one order was placed by the customer but it resulted in two separate orders with separate Gift Certificates in the Gift Queue but you have confirmed that only one charge was actually made to the customer?
