$0.00 charge for usps_Priority MailTM Flat Rate Envelope

I recently had an order which resulted in
a zero dollar charge for

usps_Priority MailTM Flat Rate Envelope.

I did a search and found no other threads
for it, and need to know how best to track
down the source of the miscalculation. I
know USPS recently changed their pricing
structure – is that where it came from?
Maybe this is an old title that needs to be
retired from the active shipping methods
list. I dunno.

I'll do the work, I'm just not sure where to
start.

Go to your Zen Cart Admin and go to Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
usps.php

Then, select Catalog ... click SEARCH ...

What comes up on the lines for:
* @version $Id: usps.php
