I am having this issue, like so many others. I sell both downloads and physical items. The shipping was working fine about a month ago, now it throws me this message. When it originally told me this, I googled and followed the directions to correct it (which it didn't). What fixed it was playing with the Product is Virtual/Shipping Address Required, and weight. Then it worked great.

Now, not so much. Nothing has changed (and when I say nothing, I truly do mean nothing).

We only charge shipping on a single category. Is there no way to only charge shipping on this category and free shipping on all the other ones? If not, where should I look for an answer?
