    Default Problem with New product page

    Having a problem and looking for any help. When i go into Catolog, Categories / Products and go down to add a new product all i get is a blank page. This is what i have worked out the i click NEW PRODUCT the page its looking for is http://shinycruiser.com/*********/ca...on=new_product and when i change categories to product http://shinycruiser.com/***********/...on=new_product the page loads.
    Any ideas?

    Please follow the posting guidelines displayed above the area you type when writing a post.

    Version number, upgrade or not, clean install, in this case existing products or categories in the path you are trying to add a "new product", etc.

    Its v1.5.1 they are existing products and categories, I installed Recover Cart Sales and edit orders 4 yesterday, It all worked before that

    If the problem exists throughout your cart, would reassess the installation process of the above two. Would also look at what other software is installed with the cart, ie. Super orders, etc... There is a published sequence to install some of this software and some has core modifications that could have affected or been affected by some other coding.

    Somewhat surprised not to have seen a response to this, but perhaps the issue was found not to be an issue.

    The reason I asked about the above question, is that I have seen (and I wwish I could remember how I created it) but I had a situation where I had disabled products in the same "folder" as other categoriy folders. Adding something new at this point I thought caused an abnormal response. Typically ZC prevents a situation like this from occurring, but I remember that it was also an odd situation that I was in to create it.normally only either products or categories can be in a given category, not both. If they do both exist, then one can be moved away to a category.

    But, perhaps there was a problem with the OPs setup.
