    Default shipping to Canada & international

    All of a sudden my store is no longer taking shipments to Canada. I was notified of this by a potential customer. I went into my own account and tried adding a Canada address just as a test, and got this message: "Not Available At This Time. Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

    Can someone please tell me which setting or module I need to update to have Canada and international shipping available? I had this available before, and haven't changed anything that I'm aware of. I'm losing customers!!!!

    So I should update the: USPS RateV4 Intl RateV2 - March 7, 2014 Version K3, and that should solve the issue?

    I'm subscribed to the news & announcements page now.

    I don't know that it will solve all issues but it is a good place to start with the current USPS March 7, 2014 K3 version and then we can go from there ...

    If it does not solve the issue, edit the USPS module and at the bottom, set the Debug to Logs and test a shipment for Canada then check you directory /cache (this would be /logs on Zen Cart v1.5.1+) and Zip the log file and post it as an attachment on your next post ...

    Okay, great. I'll do the update this evening when the store is less likely to be used. We don't often get international customers. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the help.

    I updated the USPS shipping module to the latest version. When I try a shipping address in Canada, I still get this message: Not Available At This Time. Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated!

    I enabled the debug to logs, then tried to ship to Canada. The store won't let me continue with an order.

    I believe the issue is because this item is marked as 'yes, always free shipping'. It's a service product so there's nothing to ship. However my free shipping module only has the US as it's zone. How do I add other zones, one for international sales?

    Also I don't know where to find the debug log to send to you.
