All of a sudden my store is no longer taking shipments to Canada. I was notified of this by a potential customer. I went into my own account and tried adding a Canada address just as a test, and got this message: "Not Available At This Time. Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."
Can someone please tell me which setting or module I need to update to have Canada and international shipping available? I had this available before, and haven't changed anything that I'm aware of. I'm losing customers!!!!
