Error after clicking the confirrm order

Hi All

I'm received this error when testing checkout functions on my site and am looking for some help. I looked through the log files.

Array ( [0] => A matching lookup could not be found for this authorization (CartID : 27039) )

I tested an order the paypal and other parts of the process appeear to be working finee Paypal charged my card and I got an eemail from paypal. When I click the confirm order link on the last stpe I received the above error. Although I did not receive the confirmation email.

The order admin page shows that the order was recorded. I've looked at log filees and don't see any error messages.

I have the following plugins installed.
easy poopulate
image handler

Don't know if its of any help, but as far as I can determine this message is generated by the TaxCloud add-on, so perhaps that's the best place to start looking.

thanks for the help. that was definitely the problem. there were taxcloud files - not so much any more and confirmation page is working now.
