Glad you found more information to help, but the instructions that were partially described in the previous post would only address a portion of the total upgrade. It would be. Great way to start a new demo site that doesn't have any data, but is to function as if a live site, but the database still (againin the "typical upgrade") need to be updated through the zc_install process. If nothing else the database table that identifies what version the database is at would likely be updated.
Make sense? If updating the version, then need zc_install, if duplicating a store at the same version, can update the code and not have to update the database (other than possibly needing to run the cache fix utility in accordance with it's instructions.)

Hi All
Been rather busy lately hence lack of time on here. I recently installed the mylivechat sidebox which has been working well .. until their servers crashed today. Does anyone know if the Crafty Syntax Live Help Sidebox will work in v1.5.1? It says it is for 1.3.8 and I cannot locate a further update on this.
Thanks in advance
