Product quantity box not showing on all items

Is there a way to mass change the "show product quantity" without changing each product individually?
It works if I change individually but is not responding to the " Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)" in admin> config.

I tried changing using easy populate but appears to change all quantity min and max to "1" when I download to view. I upload the same and nothing changes. Some products have the quantity box ....others do not. Something seems to be overriding easy populate.

Is there a way to do a mass change without Easy populate admin>config>product Listing is not responding to change the products that cannot add more than one quantity.

First item you can only order one at a time, the rest you input the quantity.

Strange. Do you have the Max Quantity set to 1 on the 12" ? Are there any differences on the product setup page in admin between that product and the others ?

Anyone happen to notice the product setting of Products Quantity Box Shows: setting? This is likely tobe a value of 0 or 1 in Easy Populate,though I'm not sure what the field title is/should be to be able to say that it is already exported or would have to be added as a custom value to be exported/imported.
