[Help] test secpay false

hi friends,

Sorry but we are still having problems with our payments, everything is going through as a 'test transaction'.

it was PayPoints problem but I have contacted them and they have said that they can't change the setting that it was switched to when you were trying some test transactions. The chap in the support section said that in the options the parameters or test option has to be changed.
I don't know where this is otherwise I would do it myself.

There's no setting for "test" in admin - is there something in the code?
