USPS Web Tools will be retiring our RateV3 API later this year

we just got this email from a customer of ours saying that USPS Web Tools will be retiring our RateV3 API later this year (target date: September 28, 2014). Is there a module already out there to upload and upgrade?
How do we do that?Thanks

The current USPS March 7, 2014 K3 is written for RateV4 so there is not a problem if you are current and up to date ...
