The site was moved from Hostgator to Wiredtree on May 6.
Client received authorize.net error message stating her client had a successful transaction but that communication with the store failed (and so the order was NOT stored, kinda weird in that they did take the customer's money but we don't know for what items).

The merchant's message from authnet is: Authorize.Net Merchant, Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it. Transaction ID: 6166661801 Transaction Result: This transaction has been approved. The following message was displayed to the customer:
------------------------------
An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved

The Zen Cart display at the credit card submission point is An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

The SIM cache error log: May-11-2014 06:23:32

Response Code: .
Response Text: Results Received back from Authorizenet: Array (

)
To address this issue i changed the hash at authnet and the store but that didn't work. So I changed the hash to one character and it still didn't work. So I think the hash message is a red herring.
After reading many of DrByte's posts I realized that this site is running SIM rather than AIM. Changing to AIM fixed everything except one thing.
The SIM method had successfully taken the customer to authnet to accept PCI sensitive info. The AIM method is taking the cc info on the merchant's domain.
Is there any way to go offsite to transact.dll and AIM?
thank you so much for your help!
