I have a customer trying to place an order but they are only getting "store pickup" as an option.
My USPS module has been activated for years and has always worked fine. This customer is in Canada while I am in the US. I just had another customer from the US place an order yesterday and it processed normally. I created a test account and when I choose an address in the US, it gives me shipping options, but when I set it to a Canadian address, I only get store pickup and the module says:
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
