Mass update imported passwords

Every customer in my database needs to have a password reset. I'm importing 400+ customers from an open cart install and need to reset their passwords. Is there a function to do this?

If you haven't yet imported, Add Customers from Admin (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1477) takes a CSV file with a column which, if set, will send each customer the standard new-account "welcome" email with their new password included.
