CEON Sagepay Direct issues

Wonder if anyone else has had the same issues with the plugin originally from connor but now JSweb...

I been using it for a while now and its been working fine ie taking payments... but now i getting more busy i getting more issues...

mirror issue #1) admins other than are unable to refund customers through admin even though the plugin is set to allow all admins.... get the security warning but there no tick boxes in the admin privileges area.

issue #2) when a customer enter wrong details etc they get declined message etc all fine and can try again etc but lately the banks have been increasing security and declining order due to out of pattern buying... when this happens the gets decline by bank error and the order is not placed but the cart is cleared, even recover cart shows no cart. This happened number of time and been called by customers.

any one else had these issues??

I'll keep an eye on this as I too have had vanishing carts and have been scratching my head. It's very rare so has been difficult to troubleshoot but this may give me something to go on.

I've had no response from support on jsweb other than it would cost me £50 an hour for them to investigate.
