AJAX Add to Cart [Support Thread]

I've just released a new module - AJAX Add to Cart (with shopping cart slider) which I believe will be very interesting... Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to write the documentation for it so I can't submit it to the official Plugins section just yet. That's planned for early next week.

In the meantime, I'd be happy to hear some feedback from people who are ready to install it and test on their sites. Of course, I suggest installing it on a test site before using on a live shop...

Any feedback, comments and ideas are most welcome and might be implemented in the next release.

that's a great mod, Balihr

we installed and tested on our test site, till now seems that all goes well (after deleting other js file on the test site).
ajax works fine on product info page, but no ajax on categor/product listing page. what a pity!

by the way, it definetely conficts with some of other js code.

Hey Jerry, thanks for the feedback.

Re: conflicts - I wonder if the conflicts are caused by your other jQuery scripts which perhaps weren't prepared for additional scripts. That's very likely because I've used this module on quite a few sites with A LOT of other jQuery and was always able to resolve those conflicts... If you want, you can post a link to your site (or PM me if you prefer) and I'll take a quick look.

As for the product listing page - I have it working only for cases where you have the "buy now" button, but haven't done it for multiple quantities so I've decided to leave it out in this release. When I get more time, I'll probably add it for all 3 scenarios on product_listing page.

BTW, I've submitted the plugin yesterday, it's now awaiting approval by the Zen Cart Team.

Love it!!! Two questions..

1. Is there any plan to add a method to manually dismiss the popup.. I know it goes away pretty quickly, but... for those who want INSTANT gratification..
2. Is there a way to increase or decrease the time the popup stays??

Well, I do have that, but decided to leave it out in favor of the large checkout button. If you hover over popup and move the mouse away, it will hide immediately, it won't stay on.
