That would be a problem as there isn't a directory:
/includes/classes/modules/order_total

nor a directory:
/includes/classes/modules

Order Total modules are in the directory:
/includes/modules/order_total

You may wish to compare your files on both your computer and server with a clean zip of Zen Cart v1.5, as it looks like you have your files/directories a bit out of wack ...

The right files are there it seems to be duplicated also in a folder that should not be existing, sorry for the confusion i've now incorporated the edits in the right file and this is what i see on the payment page now (i assume it is for debugging purposes)
When customer has 0 balance: ot_gv Customer Balance: 0
When customer has a balance: ot_gv Customer Balance: 2.0000

And when the customer has a 0 balance, does the GV disappear?

And when the customer has a balance does the GV only accept the amount to be spent and not show the input for the GV redeem?

If you comment out the line:

// echo 'ot_gv Customer Balance: ' . $this->user_has_gv_account($_SESSION['customer_id']) . '<br>';

then you will not see that any more ...

Is this now working the way you want it for customers with and without a balance?
