Customer Can't signup after installing new theme

hello every one,

I am new to zen cart.this is my customer registration page.

After click on Submit information.
Nothing happen and nor customer is registerted when i see at the backend.

this issue arise when i install new theme.the registration of customer stop but if i switch back to old theme customer registration work properly.

Please help me

I did't get you error log file?

if you are asking about what happen i fill out all the customer details and click on submit the information the page refresh to the same page.with no confirmation message like your account has been successfully created like that.

Have a look in your hosting account/cpanel?
In the root directory of your site you'll see a folder called 'logs'. Have a look in there for any files that are created when you try to sign up for an account on your store.

1.fragranceandmakeup.com-Jul-2014.gz
2.ftp.fragranceandmakeup.com-ftp_log-Jul-2014.gz

other then that nothing is their

It'll be at the same level as your admin, email, images, includes, and so on, folders in your hosting account.

No. Look in the folder. Are there any .txt files in there?

I think you may be looking at the server logs folder.
Can to write the path to the folder you are opening something like
Yourhost/public_html/logs/
