paypal express checkout error: 10486 This transaction couldn't be completed

Not sure this the the correct place to raise this. I have just updated to 1.5.5f and I have had customers getting a blank screen after trying to pay with paypal (not creating an account. When I look at the paypal curl error the error code is 10486. I have check and the 1.5.5f version of /paypalwpp.php seems to have code to check for the failure but it does not appear to be returing the customer to paypal. Is this because the customers has used paypal to checkout and not created an account? Any Ideas I seem to have had 6 or so since I upgraded?

Very old thread. Have you taken care of PayPal's requirement for API update? Do you have your site set to https? Have you looked at https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....o-HTTPS-PayPal
Have you googled Paypal 10486? Good info there as well.

I have seen this blank screen behavior too on a 10486. No other logs, and it only happens once in a while (I can check out using Paypal with no issues). The customer in this case *did* have an account with the store.

Seems to be happening more often these days. I'm suggesting adding the PayPal message to the die() call since (at least for some installations) the redirect plus messageStack output doesn't happen.
